Worldwide Trade Links ("WWTL", "we") is a B2B trading house based in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. This page explains how we handle buyer information.

What we collect

This website does not run a contact form. All trade inquiries are routed through WhatsApp deep-links, so any message you send arrives through Meta’s servers, not ours. The only data this site itself stores is a single first-party cookie remembering your theme and language preference.

How we use what you send us

Anything you write to us on WhatsApp, by email, or on the phone is used solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up. We do not sell buyer data. We do not share it with third parties except our logistics partners when an order is placed.

How long we keep it

WhatsApp threads and email replies are retained for 24 months for quote reference and Nepali tax-record requirements, then archived offline. Email worldwidetl@hotmail.com for earlier deletion.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your theme (light/dark) and language preference. We do not run advertising cookies. If we later add analytics, this notice will be updated before deployment.

Your rights

Buyers in the EU, UK, and California have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data. Email us and we’ll act within 30 days.
